Acceptance of Terms
The eXp Culture Center app ("the App") is a private community app operated by Marti Hampton Real Estate for members of the eXp Realty Culture Center in Raleigh, NC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Who Can Use This App
The App is intended for eXp Realty agents and team members affiliated with the Raleigh Culture Center, or others specifically invited by an administrator. Accounts are for individual use only — please don't share your login with anyone else.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information in your profile, and let an administrator know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
Chat, direct messages, events, and space bookings are shared resources for the whole community. Please be respectful in all communications, don't post harassing, offensive, or spam content, and don't use the booking system to reserve spaces you don't intend to use — this affects other members who need that time.
Content You Share
You retain ownership of the messages, photos, and other content you post in the App. By posting, you grant the App the ability to store and display that content to other members as part of normal operation (for example, showing your chat messages to other participants in that channel or conversation).
Administrator Rights
Administrators can post announcements, manage events and space bookings, moderate content, and change a member's status (including deactivating an account) to keep the community running smoothly and address violations of these terms.
Events and Space Bookings
Events and shared-space reservations (conference rooms, the common space, and the garage) are subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled by administrators. Booking a space is a request, not a guarantee, until confirmed.
Third-Party Marks
Logos and marks for eXp Realty, NCREC, NC REALTORS®, NAR, and other organizations linked from the App belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify and link to those organizations' own resources.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
